• Unlike large firms, we run our projects from the field instead of the office. Our Superintendents manage the crews, supervise the subs, handle the paperwork and run all phases of the project. We believe that having a single person in charge is the most efficient way to build a residential construction project.
            
• Our books are 100% open and we document every cost. Our paperwork system is simple and very easy to understand.
            
• Being a small company, we are extremely selective regarding who can join our team. We don’t hire “average” workers and the same policy goes for subcontractors. If you pay for the best, you should get the best, period.
